I heard this from my friends yesterday, I completed my schooling in 2017 (10th Std ) from a very nearby school. There are few teachers who still teach there. Well, except our Telugu Sir and Bio ma'am almost everyone still teaches in the same school.
So from what I heard is, there was a little bit of some argument b/w our Principle and Hindi Sir, something related to coming late to school on that day...some heated argument end up with a bad outcome and Hindi sir quit his job.
Although he's very talented and got teaching experience being it is a small town with very few good schools and also this is towards the end of academic year. He was unable to find a job.
In our school, we have a rule that the teachers are not required to pay their children school fee, if those children opt to study in our school. Basically, free education to the son/daughter of teachers.
So, as he quit his job, school management asked him the fee. The only source of income he had is teaching, he was unable to pay and joined his children(2 sons) in a nearby government school. People of Telangana, India would know about our Govt schools.
One of friend mentioned that as time being , he started to work at a near by Petrol Bunk.
This made me really sad, knowing this happened to our own teacher. Not sure whose fault it is but....
Not only this, in general also Teachers play an important role in our school days, but they still suffer to make those ends meet.
